The new UI is highly intuitive, reducing clicks and providing critical information, analytics, and contextual guidance throughout the processes. For example, users can quickly scan a graphical carousel of personalized learning activities, and register and initiate a multi-modal learning plan from anywhere, with a single click. In-context coaching for managers identifies potential issues and provides one-click access to the prescribed best action. Users can quickly report a complex absence, like family medical leave, with a personalized wizard interface that intuitively guides them through the process.
