This 5 day camp will feature many different types of games,recreation activities, and summer sports (G.R.A.S.S.) for your children.
Activities will include but are not limited to: Dance, Gymnastics, Rock Climbing, Basketball, Soccer, Disc Golf, Softball, Art, and Science.
Children will have the opportunity to choose between different options every day, making the camp experience unique to them.
Space is limited to first 40 participants, so register early!

True Tai-Chi Beginning NeedlepointMondays, 7-8pm
Come experience the true and traditional methods of Tai Chi for optimum health and healthy living.
This class will focus on the “10,000 Methods of Tai Chi”. Instead of the 24 movement or 48 movement short forms, this class will eventually teach the 300 movement open-hand form.

Mommy & Me: (1 hour class) This class is for children under the age of 4. Parents are urged to become involved and interact with the children. This class is designed to show children the basic fundamentals of gymnastics. [4 separate classes]Tuesday: 2-3pm, Thursday: 2-3pm, Saturday: 10-11am

NOR JUNIOR THEATER CASTING CALL
Your child will learn stage directions, stage movement, songs and chore-ography all while having fun and making new friends. This program moves through the rehearsal process to a full stage production offering three public performances. No experience is necessary, just a desire to have fun.

These classes are for all ages from Mighty Mites (ages 4-5), to Beginners (ages 6 to 12), High School and Adults. Lessons stress skill development through progressive learning, good manners, and tennis etiquette. Racket and balls are furnished. Sessions are 6 weeks with make-up classes available.

Children will be read a different fairytale each week, create props/crafts and work towards a performance at the end of the week. Lots of fun and creativity are emphasized in this beginning drama class. At the end of the one week session, children get to perform for parents and seniors at the Rasmussen Senior Center. Seniors at the center will be encouraged to volunteer with the children.

This program for young children combines noted works of art and engaging projects to stimulate and enhance their creative experience. Geared for children 3-5 years of age and taught by a former elementary art teacher, children will love painting, molding and exploring their creativity.
Classes meet Monday and Wednesday for 45 minutes each day.
Every class involves a different art lesson and creative project using a variety of media. So, your child can explore and create fun artworks in each class and leave the mess behind!
Price: $15 per class or $50 for 4 classesIncludes all materials and 1 project to take home from each class.

CheerleadingCheerleadingCome and learn the fundamentals of cheer at a fraction of the cost of other gyms in town! Kids will learn age appropriate cheers, dances, and jumps. Uniforms and pom-poms can be purchased for an additional fee at the class. Students will have the opportunity to cheer at the NOR Youth Tackle football games in the fall.
