Focus is on engagement between Indigenous High School Kids & University Mentors. AIME Learning Centres (ALCs) – 21 week program, 1 per site (optional). Intensive tutoring, academic support and life skills. Year 11 and Year 12 Leadership & Development Programs – 3-days to build leadership skills, help students navigate the final years of school and connect to post-Year 12 opportunities for further education, training and employment. High school students experience personal and social development, cultural development, educational development University Mentors learn about Indigenous Australia, communication and develop their leadership skills Teachers discover tools and methods to engage with Indigenous students AIME Outreach Program – 3-day program, 9 sessions in all, providing a shorter version of AIME’s core program for Years 9-12. AIME Online Classroom – free online tutorials, students attend 1 hour class/week and receive personalised feedback and learning incentives.
