SUCCESSFUL PROJECTS OF API TUSHAR KADAM

Tushar Kadam launched various successfulprojects in the framework of his activities asgraphic designer, photograph, and filmmaker. One of his projects is aimed forwomen and is supported by the ChrysleyFoundation.

It is a media and art project that celebratesIndian culture at the beginning of thetwentieth century through film,photography, dance, theatre, andmusic.

This project is the fruit of Tushar’s deep experiencethat is a major innovative documentation relatedto the history of Indian music that is lesscelebrated in the country.

Another project launched by Tushar Kadam isa book using art as a reliable witnessthroughout Asian history. This book shows themeticulous work of renowned graphicdesigners, creative artists, lawyers, andactivists in South Asia along with theirperspectives on the weak situation of humanrights in the region.

Art for Activism from Indian worked withTushar Kadam on this book. The talentedgraphic designer designed also a showpromoting artworks on AIDS and it is thefirst of its sort in the country.

The show creates a public stage in order toengage unusual audiences in hospitals,universities, and railway stations via art thatare seen only in particular places such asmuseums and galleries.

In another project, Tushar Kadamexpressed his anger against violenceparticularly on women. He participated in acampaign sponsored by Oxfam and hedesigned the logo of the campaign alongwith some photos that showed numerousvictims of domestic violence.
