»Faculty meetings are held every month with their respective HODs to discuss the Teaching learning process, lesson plan schedule, use of advanced teaching aids, Laboratory conduction, Tutorial classes, Project seminars industrial visits, Guest lecturers etc…. Faculty is made involved in counseling the students about their academic performance and monitoring their attendance & regularity. Remedial classes & are also planned to the needy students. Faculty is instrumental in improving the academic status by conducting group discussion, arranging guest lectures, personality development programs etc…. Student feed back is taken twice in a semester at the beginning & end on the faculty & general infrastructure facilities. Student Tech chapter & NSS units actively organize events for improvement of their own social responsibility & Institutional ship.

Mechanism/Norms & Procedure for democratic/good Governance

»For effective governance and operation of the college as per the guideline issued by AICTE & affiliating university a Governing body is constituted. The Academic council comprising all HODs prepare annual budget in consultation with their respective department staff & Laboratory in charges keeping in view the development, Maintenance & infrastructural & Manpower (staff) requirements of the college. The Administrative officer also proposes the budget to meet general requirements viz, land space, library etc… The proposed budget is placed before the governing body for approval. The approved budget is implemented through principal for academic & administrative growth of the college. Several committees are also framed to look after the needs of the students both, curricular & Co-curricular. Students Technical society chapters, NSS chapters are also taking active part for and functioning under their respective faculty head.

»Feed back from students is being taken twice in a semester once in the beginning of course & other at the end of it regarding faculty performance, to ascertain their views & suggestions for development of Teaching learning process, laboratories infrastructure etc…

Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students»For faculty & staff a grievance redressal committee is formed and any representations reported by a faculty member to the Principal/HOD is forwarded to the committee. The committee shall make an in-depth enquiry and give its recommendations to Advisory Committee for further action. Women grievance cell is formed separately with senior lady staff member as president.

»For students, every month their respective councelor (Teaching Staff) conduct a meeting and collect their Grievances( if any) and report through HOD to the principal for redressal. Parent meetings are also held periodically to collect their views and to appraise their ward performance. Any Greivance received at that time will be attended by the Management & Principal in due course of time.
