Conference ThemesThe conference covers a wide range of topics around the issue of entrepreneurship development, emphasizing the improvement of global business environment. While we have mentioned a few sub-themes as guidelines for paper-submission, this is not to be treated as a restrictive list. Authors are encouraged to submit papers on other related themes as well. All submissions should be in English.

Main Features of the Conference: 1. The conference will constitute a Special Panel Discussion Session involving eminent people from Industry and Academia.

2. Special Tracks for student presentations and Best Paper Awards and Best Student Paper Awards will be conferred at the conference (in order to qualify for the award, the paper must be presented at the conference).

3. Authors will have a choice to publish their work elsewhere.

4. Panel Proposals are invited for submission to the conference. A minimum of three papers centering on a specific topic will be accepted for submission under panel proposals:

The conference is open for Panel Proposals where one should be prepared to chair the panel consisting of a minimum of three participants.

Please include the title of the Panel, the Content and specify if you would like the panel to be open to other conference participants or closed.

All abstracts of selected papers will be published in an ISBN number bearing Conference Proceedings journal.

5. The acceptance of the Paper/Panel will be communicated by 5th March, 2014. We will make every effort to base the selection on the quality of the research paper.

6. Papers in absentia will also be accepted.

7. Journal Publication Opportunity: Depending on their importance, originality, quality, relevance and other editorial considerations, eligible research articles will be invited for publication in the Annual Research Journal of Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies, Pune (AJSP) (Print ISSN: 23480661).

8. There are a limited number of travel grants for paper presenters. All international paper contributors will be provided with local hospitalities.

Paper Submission Guidelines: Before submitting your paper, please observe the following:

1. Indicate the theme your paper fits best or even touches upon. Mention the Track which suits your paper while submitting it.2. Below is a set of guidelines and formatting instructions. Please read them carefully before submitting the paper. A separate cover page, within the paper (.docx file) listing the full names of each author, their position, institution, email and phone numbers must accompany the full length paper Abstracts should not exceed 600 words along with key words. The full length paper should not exceed 5000 words. Full length papers received before 28th February, 2014 will be refereed prior to the conference. Papers submitted for refereeing will be refereed blind.3. Please follow APA-6 format and guidelines while submitting your full length paper.
