Abstract: In post-traumatic pathology, the elbow rehabilitation has a special place if we

take in consideration the very tight positions of the bones in the joint. The intense pain and

joint blockage, as main long term manifestations, makes the PT job a very difficult one in

this case.

Ocupational therapy and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) tehniques use,

have a major role in reducing the rehabilitation period, a bigger one than the classical

analytic physical therapy exercises.
