Average tenancy is 2 years

Require an inventory when tenancy changes

Require a closing inventory (often called a check out) when tenancy ends

Some agents require a midterm check or inventory

HUGE MARKET POTENTIAL – fees for inventories are higher than EPCs

Repeatable service:

– An EPC last 10 years.

– An inventory lasts only as long as the tenancy

– This could be as short as 6 months

– The opportunity is the equivalent of around

4 million inventories per year

on iPad via RSAP+

on Android tablets and phones

Works online and offline

Capture property data:

Free text data entry

Drop down text

Photos

Format is prescriptive and structured

Data will be uploaded to Stroma Tracker Software for final

edit and document production

Tracker will store all completed inventories

Inventories can then be pushed back to the device for

editing during the subsequent Check In or Check Out

Stroma Software will be available


Qualification can be as little as £250

Membership is FREE

Lodgement of the report is £5 plus 25p for PPCI

Storage and access of inventory is free via Tracker software
