Strengths - LEAD

Two Strengths: 1. I think I am very honest and willing to work hard. 2. I have a structured thought process, mainly developed through my technical skillset Weakness: 1. I occasionally get very nervous and apprehensive looking at so many people who are probably smarter than me. 2. I am inefficient and under-prepared, and laid-back, at times. 3. I have a slight fear of public speaking, intrinsically an introvert, and get conscious when I am speaking in front of a large group of people. Why do I want to work on those aspirations? 1. I am an entrepreneur and a good degree of extraversion will always help me 2. I want to work as hard as possible in ISB 3. I think such skills will come in handy for anything that I would like to do in future. 4. After ISB, I am looking for some tech-based or strategy oriented role in a big organization.
