Transcript of Strength
StrengthFirst of all we are going to do a general warm up and then a specific warm up.
-General warm up:
We are going to running around the field. We are going to walk jumping and doing different exercises whit the
legs and the arms. We are going to play a game like “el matado” that you can stretches
your body work and your strength.
-Specific warm up:
Firstly we going to stretch the muscles that you need for this training
Then we are going to play a fast game, and then do exercices whith various repetitions-Do a repetition of 20 sit up-Do a repetition of 5 push up-Do a repetition of 10 (sentadillas)
Exercises to do in class:
Then we are going to start the class first of all we make groups in pairs and do different exercises related to strength.First of all we can do these different things:
Give a piggyback ride to Carry someone in your arms Do the crab Some games that require you to use your strength Exercises using the maximum strength
Then we can start doing different things with heavy object
Exam of strength
The exam can consist of different ways to throw the medicine boll or in different exercises to do with a partner
