The Montgomery County

Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) is restoring and stabilizing

the Hollywood Branch stream channel from Midland Rd to Cannon Rd.

WSSC is also making improvements in this area at the same time. The

State Highway Administration is improving the lower portion of

Hollywood Branch downstream of Cannon Rd as a separate project.

DEP will arrange a meeting with neighbors for each work area as

the project progresses. This will be an opportunity to meet the

project team, discuss construction details within that area, and

learn about the project in general. Please contact Jennifer St. John
