So!we!changed!our!approach!and!developed!a!six!month!program!that!encourages!parLcipants!to!pracLse!their!new!skills!in!the!workplace.!
The!fact!is!the!majority!of!learning!occurs!in!the!workplace!rather!than!the!workshop.!!
