In 2019 Orbit acquired Kingsgate taking our ownership to close on 400,000sqft in the town centre across 13 properties. Our history with Stockport goes back to the early 1970’s when we built our first properties in the town centre and since then we have built or acquired many more to reach todays portfolio. One customer in Regent House has been with us for pretty much that whole time. The scale of ownership and the range of size and type of property we own means we are able to work closely with customers to assist them in the good and the bad times with their property needs, making moves as smooth and simple as possible and enabling them to focus on their business.
