Steps to create Google Analytic Account

Step 1 : Type www.google.com/analytics. If you are already a Google app user click ‘Sign in’ or If not click ‘Create

an account’.

If you’re already signed in with a Google-related account, you’ll see this screen

If you are new to Google Analytics you will get a window like above .

Click ‘Sign Up’

Once you sign up you can see a setup window .

Website URL – Type in your website address. Just as Google tells you – www.yourwebsiteadress.com

This one is optional but will let Google Analytics tailor some suggestions for your account for you.

Pick your time zone

Click “get Tracking Id” once you complete.

Step 2 : The page will redirect where the tracking code is. Copy the code and place on all the pages in the websites or on selected pages where

you want to get analytic data.

You should place this code before </head> tag.

Step 3: Congratulations , now you own a Google Analytic account.

If you want to share your account with more users. Click ‘Admin’ on the menu panel and then ‘User Management’

Step 4: Type the email address of the person and click Add.
