Steps for Registering the “Digital Signature Certificate”
I. SRRDA Login
1. To edit the name of the Authorize Signatory as per the name registered for digital
certificate, login with SRRDA Login, go to “Masters Authorize Signatory”

2. Update the name of the Authorize Signatory of the respective DPIU and click on Update
button

II. E-pay Login (Registration of Digital Certificate )
1. Login with epayment login, go to “Epayments Register Digital Certificate”

2. To ensure pop-up windows are allowed in the browser setting. For Mozilla Firefox browser,
uncheck the Block pop-up windows as shown in following figure.

In Chrome browse, verify "Always allow plug-ins on omms.nic.in" is selected.

3. After Clicking on register Digital certificates in menu, a screen with "Activate Java" option will
display as shown below.

o Click on "Activate Java” to install java.
o Alternatively, Java can also be installed by clicking on below link-
http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jre8-downloads-2133155.html .
o select the appropriate download and start installing java
o Follow the installation procedure

After successful installation, the following message will be displayed as shown below -

4. After successful installation of java, go to “Control Panel Programs Java( 32 -bit) /Java“
option

Click on “Security Edit Site List” and add https://online.omms.nic.in and
https://online.omms.nic.in:443 in “Exception site list”.

Click on ok.
5. Now again go to “Epayments Register Digital Certificate” menu and allow Pop-up, if
prompted.

Click on checkbox I accept the risk and want to run this application and click on Run button as
shown below

Select the digital certificate for registration and click on Register DSC .

Enter the Pin of digital certificate.
