I am a graduate from Murdoch University with a Bachelor of Media in Screen Production and Bachelor of Communications in Communications and Media Studies and Public Relations.

Recently I was one of the six students nominated for the PRIA (WA) WW Mitchell Student of the Year Award.

I have completed multiple internships, am a strong and creative writer, and have skills in video production and editing.

[June 2015 – August 2015] West Australian Football CommissionPosition: Media Intern for Swans, Royals, & Perth DistrictsAchievements:- I have had multiple articles published in e-zine’s across all three districts.- Created a large number or videos detailing the many varied events, workshops, and programs across all three districts for the e-zines and Facebook.- Had a number of photos featured across multiple social media accounts for all three distircts.- Interviewed Brownlow Medallist Matt Priddis and many others associated with the three districts.

[February 2015 – April 2015] Department of Fire and Emergency ServicesPosition: Media and PR InternAchievements:- Worked in the State Operations Centre during the fire emergencies in Northcliffe and, Lower Hotham, and Bakers Junction.- Kept website and recorded information line current and up to date throughout the bushfires.- Answered calls and provided relevant answers and information to the general public and the media.

[January 2015 – May 2015] Gray CommunicationsPosition: Freelance CopywriterAchievements:- After impressing with my writing abilities during my internship at Investor Assist, Rebecca Gray offered me the opportunity to assist her in continuing to write content.- Blog posts published include: “Should I Buy an Investment Property?”- Have written a number of Suburb Reports and currently in the process of going through old blog posts and updating them with keywords to enhance SEO.
