HISTORICAL BACKGROUND(SINCE 2014)

▪ Stephano Integrated Services Ltd (SISL) Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) is thecontinuation of the charity activities initially commenced under the administration of Steph PiottiFoundation, SPF (www.stephfoundation.com), operating from Year 2014 till December 2018.

▪ Both SISL and SPF were founded by an Italian/Nigerian, Dr. (AMBP) Stefano Piotti, aPhilanthropist and Humanitarian who is based in Port Harcourt Nigeria.

▪ SPF was set-up as a result of the Founder’s love for people coupled with his aim of reaching outto the less privileged irrespective of age, tribe or gender in Nigeria.

▪ Steph Piotti Foundation fully committed to offering more chances to lives was fully incorporatedunder Corporate Affairs Commission CAC/IT/No/74944 in the Year 2015.

▪ Operating majorly in Five (5) different areas inclusive of:1. Empowerment/Skills Acquisition2. Educational Supports3. Medical Supports4. Accommodation Supports5. Charity/Upkeep

▪ Audited by one of the Leading Audit Firm in Nigeria, Delloite & Touche since year 2016 for the sake of Transparency till the migration of the Foundation activities into SISL CSR.

▪ In order to avoid double management expenses, Steph Foundation shifted all her charity activities to SISL under the arm of her CSR Programme (January 1, 2019).

▪ Currently, no general or management expenses are charged to CSR programmes, therefore, any contributions result into direct charity activities.

▪ Currently the Executive Director and CEO of Stephano Integrated Services Ltd and Business Developmentconsultant for Morpol Engineering Company, Lagos Nigeria.

▪ He has Dual Nationality; Italian and Nigerian.

▪ Married with Two (2) Children.

▪ Knight of Honor of the Italian Republic since 1995.

▪ He was awarded the UN-Polac Peace Ambassador in the Year 2018.

▪ A Business Admin Degree Holder (The Yoker International University Reg No. L442).

▪ A Member of Rotary Club- Uyo Metropolitan.

▪ Has Over 35 Years working Experience in the Contracting, Energy, Oil and Gas Process Industry.

▪ Has International Exposure in Europe, Africa and Middle East.

▪ He has the Love of People in his heart.

▪ He recently bagged an Award of Special Recognition (December 2019) for his outstanding impact in the society.

December 9, 2019: Donation of Two (2) Mobile Phones to Mrs. Patience David and Miss Princess David Ada.

10th of January 2020: Donation of 555.56 USDEquivalent of NGN200, 000.00 to Mrs. EtiekaBanny in support of her medical treatment at Savea Life Mission Hospital, Port Harcourt, Nigeria.Presented by the SISL CSR Queen, Miss ChristabelJack.

• By the end of Year 2018, Steph Foundation had incurred the total cumulative expenses ofNGN131, 348, 962.80 equivalent to 364, 858.23 USD spent between the year 2015 to 2018for charitable initiatives.

• 98% of donations were made by Dr. Stefano Piotti while the remaining 2% was sourcedfrom few other Donors and Charity Box.

• Approximately, amount Spent so far by SISL on CSR from January 2019 till December2019 is NGN51, 817, 742.46 equivalent to 143, 938.17 USD .

• Due to lack of external donors, above amount has been internally provided.

• All funds donated by Dr. Stefano Piotti.
