1. Login into wwww.worldsource.aon.ca.

2. Click on “Apply or Renew your Coverage”

3. Enter your Login Name and Password. Click the “Login” Button. If you forgot your password, refer the

Forgot Your Password section at the end of Step by Step Guide.

Please note if you are renewing your existing coverage under the Worldsource Agents’ Professional

Liability program, do not apply as a new applicant.

4. Click “Renew Coverage”

5. Review the current policy renewal date and type of coverage. This information will have been pre-populated

for you from the information we have on file. Click the “Next” button.

Please note if you want to change your type of coverage, please complete the Worldsource Sponsored

Advisors Program application form attached to your renewal package email and return to

worldsource@aon.ca.

6. Review your Named Insured information to ensure it is correct as this will appear on your certificate of

insurance. If you need to make changes to this information, you will be given a chance to update and edit

this information on the Coverage: Summary screen which appears further on in the online renewal process.

7. If you are contracted with IDC WIN, please select “Yes” and select the branch you are affiliated with from

the drop down menu. If you do not see your branch name, please select “Other”. Then click the “Next”

button.

If you are not contracted with IDC WIN, please select “No”. Then click the “Next” button.

8. Review your licensing information and update if necessary. Please note that if you are licensed for both

Mutual Funds and Securities (IIROC), you do not need to select Mutual Funds below as you are already

automatically covered. Once you have reviewed, please click the “Next” button.

automatically covered for Exempt Market Products up to a sublimit of $500,000. Please read the Coverage

Details section of this screen for more information on the available selections. Once you have chosen your

additional coverages or if you do not wish to purchase any additional coverage, please click the “Next”

button. Again, please remember that this information will be pre-populated based on the information we

have on file. If you wish to remove additional coverages that you had last year, please uncheck the boxes

17. If you select Credit Card as a payment option you will automatically be transferred to the TD Canada Trust

website where you will enter your credit card information and hit the “Submit” button.

18. If your payment is taken successfully you will be brought to the Confirmation screen. Please click the

“Download Documents” button. If your payment declines you will be taken back to the Coverage: Quote

screen where you can reselect Credit Card from the drop down menu and resubmit your payment.
