1. Use any browser and go to https://www.esri.com/en-bd/store/ and click on ‘ArcGIS for Personal

Use’ in the Product menu bar.

3. Choose either the Auto Renewal or Manual Renewal

Manual Renewal: If you choose the manual renewal option we will contact you via email prior to

the expiration of your subscription to remind you to renew your license.

Auto-Renewal: If you choose the auto-renewal option, your subscription will automatically renew

at the end of each term for another 12 months. You agree that we may automatically renew your

ArcGIS Desktop Advanced One Year Timeout for Personal Use License and charge your method of

payment on file at the expiration of your current 12-month term, unless you cancel your

subscription before the renewal date.

4. In order to see the price, you will have to log in. Click on ‘Sign in to see price’ and log in with your

username and password. If you do not have an account, please go to Step 17 on how to create an

account.

5. After logging in, select the correct Customer Number

6. For the Personal Home Use Licenses, please select ‘I am purchasing for myself as an

individual’.

9. Choose either the Auto Renewal or the Manual Renewal as per your requirement (Refer to Step 3

for the difference between Auto Renewal and Manual Renewal) and click ‘Add to Cart’

10. To view Cart, click ‘Go to Cart’

12. Select ‘Renew and Existing Subscription’ or ‘Create New Subscription’ and click ‘Proceed to

Checkout’

14. Scroll down to enter Payment Information and click ‘Continue’ at the bottom of the page

15. Click to ‘Agree to Terms of Sales’ and click ‘Buy Now’

16. Order is completed. Click on ‘View Invoice’ to see the invoice.

17. Steps to create an Esri Account

1. Click ‘Create a public account’

2. Fill in your First Name, Last Name and your E-mail address and click ‘Create an Account’.

3. You will be directed to a page that says ‘Thank you for signing up. An e-mail has been sent to

your email address’

4. You will receive an email from accounts@esri.com.

Click on ‘Activate Your Account’
