Deflection Head AccessoriesOption 1 - Slotted Stud Deflection Head

The slotted stud is a detail used to accommodate deflection of the

primary structure and offers an alternative to using Deflection Head

Brackets (DHB).

DHB100 £2.51 per stud

NB: It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that if the slotted deflection detail to studs is not required, an instruction as such is clearly included in your order, otherwise all studs will be slotted as standard.

Stud – inclusive of ‘deflection head slot’ detail at no additional cost.

Notes:1. All sections are clearly marked with product references.

2. Prices are exclusive of VAT and delivery. Delivery is subject to

the additional charges detailed overleaf.

3. Please allow 10 working days from receipt of order to

delivery.

4. For orders less than £500 discount will not apply unless by

prior agreement.

5. The price list is subject to the standard terms and conditions.

6. All stud lengths are rolled to order up to a maximum

length of 12 m and a minimum of 600 mm.

7. A minimum order of 100 LM applies to all standard stud and

track part numbers.

8. Other non-standard sections may be available. Please contact

the Kingspan Steel Building Solutions Sales Office with your

requirements.

Oversail Cleats

Kingspan Steel Building Solutions have developed a range of

standard oversail cleats as an alternative for bespoke lateral or

dead load cleats. The cleats can be used to fix the SFS studs back

to the primary structure at intermediate positions to provide lateral

and dead restraint. It offers a standard off the shelf solution that

can be ordered in a range of depths and leg lengths to suit.

The SFS Oversail cleats will be designed and supplied by Kingspan

Steel Building Solutions.

The SFS oversail cleats are suitable for general studs and jamb

studs, but bespoke cleats may be required for non-standard

applications.

A minimum of 25mm deflection gap must be maintained between the two studs.
