Capcitve Type Processes: Most processes include some form of capacitance or storage capability, either for materials (gas, liquid, or solids) or for energy (thermal, chemical, electrical charge, pressure, fluid hydrostatic head, etc.) Capacitance of a liquid or gas-storage tank, , is expressed in area units.
