The state of Colorado is divided in four geographic regions:the colorado plateu,the rockies,great plains and intermontanhar bowl.

Climate

The climate of Colorado is varied, due to its very rough terrain,higher temperatures are recorded in the extreme southwest and Great Plains. Meanwhile, the Rockies recorded the lowest average temperatures of Colorado.

economyAgriculture and livestock together account for 1% of GDP, employing about 78 thousand people. Colorado has about 29,000 farms - popularly called ranches - which cover about 60% of the state. The main products of the agricultural industry of Colorado are meat and bovine milk, straw, wheat, corn and apples.
