• STARS IS A SECURE ONLINE ENVIRONMENT DEDICATED TO SUPPORTING TRANSCRIPTION REQUESTS THAT CONTAIN SENSITIVE OR PROPRIETARY DATA.
• CLIENTS ARE ISSUED UNIQUE AUTHENTICATION CREDENTIALS FOR SECURE ACCESS INTO THE STARS PORTAL.

• TRANSCRIPTION REQUESTS ARE FACILITATED USING THE STARS WEB PORTAL.
• THE PORTAL ALLOWS LEGALOCK’S CUSTOMERS TO CREATE TRANSCRIPTION REQUESTS AND SUBMIT THEM TO LEGALOCK FOR PROCESSING.

• TO LOGIN, ENTER THE USER LOGIN ID AND PASSWORD ASSIGNED TO YOU DURING USER SETUP.NOTE: During your first login, you must create security questions and responses to ensure user authentication for future login attempts.

as required.
Address Management allows adding, changing, removing firm
address information.
Reports directs Admin to a menu for avariety of account activity
reports.
Reset Password allows Users to update required password
and security questions.
Logout from STARS.
• THE CLIENT’S ADMINISTRATIVE HOME PAGE IS USED TO CONTROL YOUR AUTHORIZED USER ACCOUNTS.
• THE CLIENT ADMINISTRATOR CONTROLS WHO HAS ACCESS TO FILES, CAN RUN REPORTS, AND ALSO SET AND RESET FORGOTTEN PASSWORDS.
