2006-2020 4 Major Categories for Improvement:

Teaching and Learning Educator Preparation and Development Leadership, Administration and

Instructional Support Infrastructure for Technology

STaR Chart Measure of improvement and status of

technology in a school Based in same 4 areas as LRPT Schools/districts placed into one of four

ratings based in each category

STaR Chart: Ratings Early Tech (6-8 Score)

Developing Tech (9-14 Score)

Advanced Tech (15-20 Score)

Target Tech (21-25 Score)

decrease over three years.
