The paper had redmarks all over it! Thats my job. Stage One, Round One is the step wherethe job seeker will get receive a re-formatted resume andthe written interview process begins. The written interview within the resume will pull outthe value-added data you may not have thought to add toyour resume when starting your job search. 3.
