Each participant of the congress can therefore only register for ONE workshop.

2 Entry regulations RUSSIA Please note the entry regulations for Russia. A visa is required for most countries in the world. You will need the

Hotel confirmation for your Visa Appliance. For this you need a passport that is valid for at least 6 month.

2 Participants are responsible for the organization of their own travel and stay in St. Petersburg if not the dealer decides to take over this organization as a service (possibly via travel agency, also because of visa for participants).

2 Cancellation terms: You can cancel your registration free of charge until March 31st, 2019. For cancellation be-tween April 1st, 2019 and April 30, 2019 we charge 50 % of the invoice amount. In the event of cancellation after May 1st, 2019 the full invoice amount has to be paid. All prices quoted are in Euro plus statutory VAT. Subject to errors and changes.

2 The costs for the event are tax deductible within the framework of taxation regulations if they are based on your professional needs. However, only your local tax office can provide you with detailed information on recog-nition and approval.
