General Information

Menu selection

We will help you select the menu of your choice. The menu should be completed fourteen (14) days prior to the function

date. This will ensure the availability of your menu selections, proper staffing and organization of your function.

Guarantee

Please contact the catering office seventy-two (72) hours (3 days) prior to the function to confirm the number of persons

attending. All charges will be based upon the guaranteed number or the actual number; whichever may be greater.

Cancellations

If a function is cancelled 15 days prior to the function, there will be no cancellation charge. If the function is cancelled

seven (7) days prior to the function, there will be a cancellation charge for the room rental.

Payment

A deposit is required five (5) business days prior to the function. The balance is due on receipt of the invoice. We reserve

the right to cancel any function for which a deposit has not been received.

All food and beverage functions are subject to applicable government taxes and a fixed gratuity of 15%.

Functions on statutory holidays will be charged an additional $5.00 per guest due to overtime wages.

Food and Beverage

**No food or beverage, including alcohol is permitted, unless provided by the catering department.**

Function Hours

Function hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.

Functions that include food purchases exceeding $600.00 will not be charged for the room rental.

Prices are subject to 15% gratuity and do not include taxes.

The Heritage is pleased to offer both Cash and Host Bar arrangements

for your function in any of our catering rooms.

For Host Bars, all beverage charges will be billed to your account.

For Cash Bars, guests will purchase their own beverages at the bar.

The Heritage provides the bartender, mix and ice, stemware and glassware.

Liquor can be served Monday through Saturday 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight.

On Sundays, it can be served from 12:00 noon to 12:00 midnight.
