You never really know the true impact you have on those around you.

You never know how much someone needed that smile you gave them.

You never know how much your kindness turned someone’s entire life around.

You never know how much someone needed that long hug or deep talk.

So don’t wait to be kind.

Don’t wait for someone else to be kind first.

Don’t wait for better circumstances or for someone to change.

Just be kind, because your never know how much someone needs it.

+ + + + +

If you notice that you haven’t seen someone at Mass for a couple of weeks - give them a call and let them know they were missed. It is important to reach out to our fellow parishioners to let them know their presence is important and that you care!

Please remember in your prayers…those from our

parish that are preparing for the sacraments of First Holy

Communion and Confirmation, and their families, that

their joy at having the Lord at the centre of their lives

grows deeper and stronger.

Second Reading — I have announced to you the mystery of Christ crucified, so that your faith might rest not on human wisdom but on the power of God (1 Corinthians 2:1-5).

So far they have given over 250 prayer shawls and blankets to those who are in need of prayer (men, women, and children) for their health, or difficult life situations. They hope these gifts are a reminder of God’s love and care for them.

If you know of someone who may be in need of a prayer shawl/blanket, please call the parish office at 519 726 5127 and leave your name and phone number.

Special thanks to Susie Gagnon for donating her Building Fund Draw winning back to the parish!

Have you considered…? When pre-planning funeral arrangements for yourself or a loved one, have you considered asking for donations to St. Clement Parish or St. Clement Parish Capital Campaign in lieu of flowers? Flowers wither away, but donations made to the church help pay for our ministry work and the restoration of our building. The donors receive tax receipts and the family is comforted knowing the donations help a cause close to their heart. So when you are doing your planning, keep the parish in mind! Memorial pew plaques are also available to purchase. Please call the parish office for more details.
