Becoming Intentional Disciples
Youth Ministry is coming to St. John the Evangelist & St. Charles!
We often refer to our youth as the Church of tomorrow, when in fact, they are the Church of TODAY, andneed to be cared for and nurtured in their faith in relevant ways. They face many unique challenges anddecisions, while looking for a worthy adventure in which to invest their lives. There is none more excitingthan to live a life centered on Christ! It is our hope and prayer to begin the process of building animpactful ministry to help the youth of this parish on their journey. Please pray for us as we begin!
To Middle and High School Youth: If you are looking to grow deeper in your faith, deepen yourrelationship with Christ, enter into a community of like-minded peers, have fun, and go onadventures, we would love to get to know you. Come to our Information Night!
To their parents: For your youth to truly grow in their faith, they need your support. Please join us todiscuss how you can be involved in this ministry, and how to guide your child(ren) in a counter-culturalway. We can’t wait to see you at our Information Night.
To the parishioners: We need your prayers! No Godly endeavor succeeds without the aid ofgrace from prayer. We are looking for volunteers to commit to a prayer team, who will pray forthe development of our Youth Ministry program and our youth’s intentions, and to collaborate withus in the planning and implementation of the program.
If your heart is burning to be involved in either of these or other capacities and you were unableto attend the information night or would like more information please contact Kate Genn, [email protected]
