PROJECT DOCUMENTS

A set of SSG Standards and proprietary documents is required for a project. Moreover, all documents need to be archived when the project is complete.

Using this service means that everyone involved can be certain that they have access to the right documentation throughout the project.

When the project is complete, the documents will be kept in the archive and only the people who will be administering the results will be able to access them.

LOGGING IN

To access SSG Standards Project Documents, log in with your SSG account.

PROJECT MANAGERS

Project managers see this homepage. This list is blank when you log in for the first time, and you can add one or more new projects by clicking on the Nytt projekt [New project] button. Your projects are listed here if you have any projects in progress or archived.

NEW PROJECT

If you want to add a new project, click on the Nytt projekt [New project] button on your homepage.

You then have to enter the information required.

Any information that you want to pass on to participants can be entered in the Beskrivning[Description] field.

GETTING STARTED

When you have added participants and documents and the information is complete, click on the Starta genomförande [Start implementation] button. An email will then be sent to the relevant participants.

You can also add participants and documents later on if necessary.

ONGOING PROJECTS

If you want to work with an ongoing project instead, click on the project name on your homepage. This will display more detailed information.

You can retrieve both participants and documents from here. When you add a new participant or new documents, emails will be sent out to the relevant participants.

You can also open and view archived projects.

LEVELS

Three service levels are available. The level you need is dependent on how many participants you need to add, along with how many standard documents you need to share with them, and which ones these are.

These standard documents are graded according to a system that corresponds to the prices applicable to each standard in the SSG online shop. There is a maximum score for standard documents at each level, along with a maximum number of potential participants.

There are no limits on the number of projects per level.

REGISTRATION

As a project participant, you will receive a link to the service in an email.

You have to be registered in order to view the information available for the project. You will be able to choose from two options, depending on whether you are already an SSG user or whether you are a new user that needs to create a new account.

Project participants see this homepage. Here, you can click on the documents that you need to view and also read any information that your project manager wants to pass on.

DOCUMENTS

SSG documents are displayed in a resolution that allows them to be viewed on screen.

Other documents that the project manager has decided to add are displayed in the format in which they were added.
