    Scope

y As integrated mobility applications become a commonexpectation of an office communication system, conducting adue diligence of telecommunication systems has become much

    more easy way of communication.

y It used to be that the end-to-end nature meant that the Internetjust sent bits around. You couldn't really filter.

y We can send instant messaging to a particular executive by

communicating by sending message or mailing from PC toMobile and can locate person where they are located and findthem by monitoring to provide Time consuming.

    descriptiony Product Perspective:

The main aim of our project is to provide communication between Mobile to PC&vice versa. By using Dot net framework information are exchanged in between

Mobile and Personal Computer. There is inconsistency to the executives who really meet the customers daily. If

the branch manager wants to contact his executives by communicating throughtelephone where executives are in not in coverage area. This lead to problem bywasting time in dialing phone.

We can send instant messaging to a particular executive by communicating by

sending message or mailing from PC to Mobile and can locate person wherethey are located and find them by monitoring to provide time consuming.

    Design Constraints :

    y Input Design:

Input Design is part of overall system design, which requires verycareful attention. If the data going into the system is incorrect then the

processing and output will magnify these errors.y The inputs in the system are of three types:

External : which are prime inputs for the system.

Internal : which are user communication with the system.

Interactive : which are inputs entered during a dialog with the

    computer.

    y Output Design

Intelligent output design will improve systems

relationships with the user and help in decision making.y The output design is based on the following:

Determining the various outputs to be presented to theuser.

Differentiating between inputs to be displayed andthose to be printed.

The format for the presentation of the outputs.

    y Menu Design :

Screens are created in such a way that it supports task

orientation and need to jump between subtaskswhenever necessary. The interaction between the userand the machine is critical. The design of the input andthe query screens should be interactive.
