ABSTRACT
A beautiful seed provides happiness to all living beings, that seed is
fascinated by the mind. Today that seed is seated inside every living
bring in the form of sanskara, respect, love. Just need to feel that
middle.
So that human look likes humans and there is a communication of
love. In this direction, the state of Jharkhand got a beautiful program
“Vidhya Jyothi”.
Through this program, millions of children have to make culture,
tradition and humanity aware, so that they become good citizen.
This project is to take responsibility for our new young generations
along with Sri Sathya Sai Vidhya Jyothi to make our future a
responsible citizen.
We dedicate at the lotus feet of Bhagwan.

To study the impact of Vidhya Jyothi Programme in adopts schools of the
Jharkhand state. Sri Sathya Sai Vidhya Jyothi Program is truly the mother of all
seva programs. Sri Sathya Sai Vidhya Jyothi program aims to supplement and
enhance the level of motivation and learning experiences of students of the
schools adopted under the program, by leveraging and improving the ecosystem
in which the schools operate. In addition to focusing on the holistic development
of the children, the volunteers under the program across India work with goal of
instilling human values into children and inspiring them to become ideal citizens
of India through various seva activities. Identification of the Vidhya Jyothi
Schools in Jharkhand state. Engagement – Youth of our Sai organization, Bal
vikash guru, members of Sai smithies. Study the data of current school. Study the
data of the schools before implementing Vidhya Jyothi. Infer the impact of
Vidhya Jyothi on school/children/parents. Outreach – To spread Swami teaching
for nation building. Emotional Connection not attachment. For example-
Droplets on lotus leaf. Accept thing as they are i.e. whatever the condition of the
school we have to work upon, action not words, inspire. Multiple stakeholders –
Parents, teachers, school non-teaching staffs, students, villagers, Govt. dept. and
school authority. Activities to be done- (i) Child centric seva, (ii) Teacher centric
seva, (iii) School centric seva, (iv) Parent centric seva (v) Village centric seva,
(vi) Leadership development based on Sri Sathya Sai Organization activities,
(vii) Govt. centric seva activity. Getting feedback and studied.

Sri Sathya Sai Vidhya Jyothi program aims to help children’s for their
all round development in the environment of love and inspire them to
become ideal citizens of India through various seva activities.
Studying the changes in student’s psychology. Studying the changes
in behavior of the parents. Measuring the number of dropouts after
implementation of the Vidhya Jyothi Programme. Identifying the
areas of improvement. Studying the students and teachers who have
been deeply transformed by the program as examples.

3.1 Within Scope (area, beneficiaries, timeline,
others)
Area: 5 Districts covered
Surveys: Total of 4 surveys carried out.
first survey was telephonic, it included interrogating the rural
beneficiaries and collecting feedback of the existing activities.
The second survey was carried out in 6 districts and the target audience
was sevadal in general, carried out via questionnaire.
The surveyors of the third survey were the Seva and Youth Coordinators
of districts, carried out via questionnaire.
Beneficiaries:
Vidhya Jyothi Schools of Jharkhand state. Students, Parents, teachers,
school non-teaching staffs, villagers, Government departments and school
authorities. Activities like Child-Centric Seva, Teacher-Centric Seva.
Timelines -: July 18th to November 19th

None. Project Charter has been strictly adhered to.

Raja Ram: The face of the group - handling the communications
with various stakeholders of the state and national team, fixing
and coordinating meetings, drafting documents and emails, and
reporting updates to team leader.
Sanju Kumar: Preparing questions to receive feedback, making Google form, Gant chart, updating Gant chart, telephonic
survey, planning, making presentation and Google meet.
Pradeep Kumar: Planning, developing the content and
description, preparation of questions to receive feedback,
telephonic survey, documentation, submission to our state president and getting approval and submitted the same to our
national team.

Sri Sathya Sai Vidhya Jyothi (means light of knowledge), the universal
teachings of Bhagwan Sri Sathya Sai Baba on the principles of Sarva Dharma
Sama Bhavana. Sri Sathya Sai Vidhya Jyothi program with Bhagwans abundant
grace was launched on the auspicious Aaradhana day Mahotsavam, on April
24th 2016. Sri Sathya Sai Vidhya Jyothi program aims to help children’s for
their all round development in the environment of love, inspire them to become
ideal citizens of India through various seva activities.SSSVJ is a program which
aims to enhance the level of motivation and learning experience of students of
the adopted schools by leveraging and improving the ecosystem.The selections
of schools are done through a detailed survey by the volunteers and identified
selection criteria. Emphasis is given to most needy schools. Schools are Govt.
school, semi operational, debilitated school. With the grace of Bhagwan some
of the notable activities under Sri Sathya Sai Vidhya Jyothi Program
include:Teaching Bal Vikash : Discipline, Value based stories, Value based
activities, telling about national leaders, Desh Bhakti Songs, Sarva dharma
songs, teaching of Jyothi meditation, reading, easy writing etc. Swami
teachings, Personality development, Providing Sai Proteins, Meditation,
Independence day celebrations, Swachhata se Divyata tak, No to plastic,
Disaster Management, Rally on 23rd Nov, Participation in Eswaramba Day
celebration, Tree plantation, Raksha Bandhan celebration, Wealth from waste
etc.The project topic which was selected, its project charter was prepared and
sent for approval from National team. Preparation of Project Charter according
to the topic selected approval of Charter from National team a rough framework
of WBS was prepared in which the entire project was defined preparing a rough
framework for the execution of project, developing the content, presenting it to
SP for recommendations / approval, submission to National Coordinator (NC),
incorporating NC's recommendations in WBS, creation of Google Doc Forms
and telephonic to carry out the survey, analyze the survey results all its merits
and demerits were documented and prepared a SOP(Standard Operating
Procedure) for future activities. Carry out the Survey form State/District
Coordinators, Sevadals , schools teachers and parents, analyze the results of the
survey, Bridging the Gap, Prepare a SOP for future activities a final PowerPoint
ppt was prepared for final presentation.

Software: Used Google doc forms for survey. Used Gantt
chart in WBS, project charter, Use of WhatsApp and Google
Meet for communication purposes.

7.1 Findings and Recommendations implemented in the
current Project:
According to the survey of SSSNLPST Gents team Jharkhand, this program is
going on in 5 districts. These classes are being taken every Saturday; the
number of schools is 16, in which a total of 1812 children are benefiting. The
school includes child development classes as well as various multiple activities
such as balviksh, medical camps, tree plantation, Sai protein distribution,
painting competition, sports day, cultural program, national festivals, quiz,
moral values story and singing, easy writing and computer classes.
Analysis of Current Scenario:
Current Activities: Pros
The students Feel good, happiness & positive via class.
Sevadal feel positive & blissful after the activity.
Teachers and parents are very happy to saw students changing in
behavior.
Current Activities: Areas of Improvement:
Need to create a core team and counseling each district with SVJC.
Proper follow the rules of implementation.
New youth orientation program for increase schools in districts.
Operational Challenges observed:
Classes not being regular fure to some schools satuing away from the
samithi.
Do not allow children to participate in child development classes due to
mental thinking of people in some areas.
Non- participation of youth in SSSSO activity of some district.
The schools authorities have limited power and they need to take consent
from district level officials of the education department for
implementing any program in the school.
Right now, in this covid- pandemic, children have to start afresh to
follow the rule of the schools and give the learning environment the
same shape as before.

Through this program, physical and mental development has taken place
in children, in which children’s behavior, quiet in classroom, ability to
remember studies and attendance have increased.
Children learning various multiple activities with interest and
participating in them.
Children are happy to listen to their parents and elder house and due to
respect, silent sitting, and washing hands before meals, timely school
activity and change in living environment.

8.1 Collective learning (Project)
This project has brought the importance of collective learning as it
involved deep research & survey which can only be accomplished
through team work.
People are internally and externally motivated—working together toward
a shared vision within a group and using their unique talents and skills to
contribute to the success.
The way the group works together makes it different from a more
traditional model of leadership.
There is shared responsibility and decision making, accountability, and
authentic engagement.
8.2 Individual learning (Self Transformation)
Raja ram:
I learn various type of communication and thoughts of team work. Handling data
guide and leading. Meet different kind of people in the way who motivating me. The
entire journey changes my thought and accomplishes my dream of living life with full
bliss. This SSSVJ Project helps me to rise in education field and transform to society.
Sanju Kumar:
Learn working in a team, understating each other roles and responsibilities adhering
to the time.
When we work togher I think we learn faster and got encourage.Learnt various
types of communication which I never did before, with people from different
backgrounds . for different contexts and in different emotions.
Pradeep Kumar:
I have learned to work in a team, ability to think, speak and write in a good way to
reach others & achieve a goal in right time.
I have learned to be lovable, grateful, kind, humble and good in every situation.
