Finance & Accounting is headed up by Angelique Pearson, Managing Director of SRGEurope. Angelique is a qualified accountant who worked for more than eight years at senior level within the finance departments of various UK PLCs. She is also a professionally trained recruitment consultant, with over ten years experience across all levels of the finance sector.

Led by industry expert Recruiters, our Credit Management team work in partnership with credit management companies, debt collection organisations and legal recovery businesses to attract high quality sales and operations candidates for permanent jobs in the Credit Management and Debt Recovery industry.

We aim to be as aware as possible of regulations imposed by the Credit Services Association (CSA) and licensed under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and by The Office of Fair Trading in this sector. We work closely with candidates who are members of the Institute of Credit Management (ICM) and substantiate any qualifications those candidates indicate they have obtained during their career. The impact of increased regulation and the associated challenges facing the sectors in which you operate has led us to be diligent when screening candidates re developments in compliance standards in the industry, recognised by both the Lending Standards Board and Trading Standards.

We work closely with our clients across a diverse range of credit and collections operations including debt recovery, field recovery and legal recovery. We place candidates into a variety of different specialisms, across all levels of seniority including: sales driven debt collection; compliance; key account management; operations director roles and collections and credit management positions.
