With many types of information it is preferable to present it on the form of a chart or a graph. Excel can produce graphs quickly.

Spreadsheets – Printing & Charting
Before you print a spreadsheet make sure that you select the area you want to print first including your chart if their is one.
You do this because if you have inadvertently entered a formula or number in a cell off the screen, you may get lots of blank paper being churned through the printer and cause your network administrator to have a nervous breakdown
First select the part of the spreadsheet you want to print.

Spreadsheets – Printing & Charting If you feel confident in Charting and
Printing try the following: Open up your MARX2.XLS spreadsheet and
create a chart of your choice Name it with your name somewhere in the
title Be sure that it shows all names and
percentages for your spreadsheet Include a legend showing the colors or each
person Save it as MARX3.XLS Print out just the numbers of your
spreadsheet.
