Sports Venue.

The Sports Venue compensates theFranchise Companies the StandardFranchise Royalty Fee on sales which issignificant as product pricing is higher andSports Venue sales are usually in themillions of dollars.

The majority of the Program and Marketing Feecreates a customized strategic marketing planthat activates an Implied Sponsorship. The planutilizes powerful Sports Team Media Assetsincluding television, radio, print, electronicsignage, couponing, hospitality, concessionbranding and use of team trademarks.

No General Operational Costs, TheSports Venue covers one‐hundredpercent of all labor, rent, insurance,utilities and any other operational costs.

Quality Control

The Sports Venue markets and sells the Franchise Food Brand in a stadium environment under the 

standards required by each Brands Franchise Agreement and quality 

control standards; 

Wholesale

The Sports Venue purchases at wholesale all supplies and 

products as required by each Franchise Agreement;

Options

The Franchise Companies have the option of building out and/or self‐operating unique location(s) or kiosk(s) within the Sports Venue;

Royalties

The Sports Venue compensates the Franchise Company standard 

Royalty Fee. This in itself makes each Sports Venue profitable. Additionally, the use of media assets drive local retail sales;
