T h e B o î t e a n d T h u r s d a y ’ s C h o i rThe Boite has spent thirty-seven years forging meaningful relationships with musicians, artists, dancers, writers and storytellers who call Australia home, presenting thousands of events, from concerts in large concert halls such as Hamer Hall to street songs in the back lanes of suburban Melbourne. They have organised numerous events involving Ego Lemos and many Timorese musicians, including Concert for East Timor at Hamer Hall in 2001 and Mai Fali Eh! at Melbourne Town Hall in 2012.

The festival will also include local musicians and bands as well as traditional dance from the sucos and surrounding regions. The final line-up will be confirmed depending on funding.

A f a l y c a C o m m u n i t y A r t C e n t r eAfalyca is based in Baucau with the core mission of encouraging young people to develop their creativity, to find peace within themselves and to create peace within their community.
