As you may know, TheUserGroup.org (TUG) is a collection of more than 2000 real experts; colleagues at more than 450 companies throughout North America and the UK. All of us are working with Infor distribution software every day, and connecting with each other with the same goals – to be smarter about our Infor software in order to help our companies be as efficient as possible and maximize profits.

As part of our TUG Connects 365 campaign TUG will be hosting a number of roundtable style meetings for our network groups. Similar to a webinar but with more interactivity and less of a formal presentation, these meetings are designed to engage the audience in discussions on challenges and best practices as they relate to mission of the group. As a co-host you will have the opportunity to make a presentation or act as emcee for a discussion on a particular problem or challenge that your solution can help solve. TUG will allow up to 2 sponsors to co-host a meeting.


Similar to the tier-1 and tier-2 options listed above, this will include a minimum of 3 meetings with qualified attendees. Meetings will be scheduled in 15-minute intervals during times when no breakout sessions are taking place.

These Contract Conditions / Rules and Regulations are part of the TUG Connects 365 Sponsorship Contract and should be read carefully before signing the Application. A copy should also be provided to the person or persons who will be participating in this program.

All applications are subject to review and approval by TheUserGroup.org (TUG) Board of Directors. Acceptance is conditional upon receipt of your completed contract and initial payment.

APPLICATION AND PAYMENTParticipation will be charged at the rates indicated on the application form. Applicants must submit the following forms:• Sponsorship application summary• Signed application contract• Terms & Conditions pages, initialed

to signify agreement to Terms and Conditions.

Final applications are due by April 15, 2021 in order to participate in TUG CONNECTS 2021 conference. Payment terms are flexible as long as 75% of total amount due is paid by May 1, 2021.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDSCancellations are allowable at any time and will become effective at the end of the month during which the notice was received. All cancellations must be sent in writing, by email to gbrown@ theusergroup.org or by mail to the address indicated in the Application and Payment section above.

The TUG Connects 365 sponsorship program provides benefits throughout the year, therefore sponsorship fees are considered to accrue on a monthly basis. However, because many benefits are associated with participation in the TUG CONNECTS 2021 conference, 75% of fees must be paid by the time of the conference in order for a sponsor to participate in the conference. Acknowledgment of the receipt of an application or negotiation of the deposit does not constitute an acceptance of an application. In those instances where a sponsorship application is declined, TheUserGroup. org will refund such deposit in full.

Upon the occurrence of conditions beyond the control of TUG which make performance impossible or imprudent in the circumstances, including but not limited to government order, civil disruption, disruption of internet or other services, TUG may alter, reduce or

redistribute allocated benefits or even cancel this agreement upon notice to the exhibitor. In the event of such reduction or cancellation, TUG agrees to act in good faith to reduce or refund any fees paid by the exhibitor to TUG. for any portion of the benefits not received by Sponsor.

PHOTO RELEASE AGREEMENTTUG has official photographers /videographers at our events. Photographs and videos taken at any TUG event may be used for marketing, publicity, promotions, advertising and training activities for TUG or Members, Inc. By registering for this program, you agree to allow TUG or Members Inc. to use any photographs or video—which may include you—in all media formats worldwide.

INSURANCE AND LIABILITYSponsor acknowledges that it is the sole responsibility of Sponsor to obtain sufficient insurance to protect the Sponsor from all losses which might be incurred by Sponsor while attending the TUG CONNECTS 2021 Virtual Event or in the course of participating in any of the TUG Connects 365 sponsorship program.

SHARING OF SPONSORSHIPNo exhibitor shall assign, sublet or share any portion of their sponsorship without the express written approval of TUG.

hold TUG, Members Inc. and their agents and employees, and the Virtual Event platform and all agents and employees thereof (hereafter, collectively called “Indemnities”) harmless for any damages or charges imposed for violations of any law, ordinance, and/or terms of thisAgreement, whether occasioned by the negligence of the Sponsor or those holding under the Sponsor, and further, Sponsor shall at all times protect, indemnify, save, and hold harmless the Indemnities against and from any and all losses, costs (including attorney fees), damage, liability, or expense arising from or out of or by reason of any accident or bodily injury or other occurrence to any person or persons, including the Sponsor, its agents, employees, and business invitees which arises from or out of or by reason of said Sponsor’s occupancy and/or use of the Virtual Event platform or a part thereof.

DISTRIBUTION OF MATERIALSponsor may distribute brochures, documents, and videos at the Virtual Exhibit Booth Space provided that samples have been submitted in advance for approval by TUG. TUG reserves the right to remove any materials it deems to be inappropriate for display.

Acceptance of this Agreement does not imply endorsement by TUG of Sponsor or Sponsor ‘s products.

TUG reserves the right, at anytime, to:

1. Reject or limit Sponsor materials if, in the sole reasonable judgment of TUG,

(i) The materials proposed by Sponsor to be distributed or displayed at any event or on the TUG website do not meet the

standards expected of a display.

(ii) the Sponsor Materials are objectionable for any reason; or

(iii) the Sponsor Materials detract from or are not in keeping with the character of the TUG Connects sponsorship program as a whole;

2. Request removal of any souvenirs, samples, or other virtual handouts of Sponsor Materials which have not been approved by TUG.
