2018 Ole Brook Run Series Events

Defining Moment Events of Brookhaven, MS is excited

to announce the inaugural season of the Ole Brook

Run Series! The running community in Brookhaven and

surrounding areas is growing and the City of Brookhaven with its beautiful historic downtown is becoming an

increasingly popular location for running events. Defining Moment Events began producing running events in

Brookhaven in 2017 with the Trick or Treat Trot 5K and the Run Run Rudolph 10K & 5K. The mission of

Defining Moment Events is to create and produce unforgettable events that exceed the expectations of our

sponsors, clients, and participants and that provide safe and encouraging environments that make a positive

impact on the communities we serve. This series of race events is the first of its kind in Brookhaven and we

look forward to the opportunity to promote health, fitness and a year of running through Ole Brook! We

hope you will join us in supporting these events. This packet includes detailed information on how you can be

DEFINING MOMENT EVENTS LLC agrees to provide all benefits listed for the selected sponsorship level. SPONSOR understands that their sponsorship entitles them only to the benefits listed for the desired sponsorship level and therefore shall receive no portion of proceeds from event. Ole Brook Run Series and all race events included in the series are owned and controlled solely by DEFINING MOMENT EVENTS LLC. SPONSOR understands that sponsorship does not entitle them to any controlling powers of the event. SPONSOR understands that all sponsorship payments are non-refundable.
