Introduction P. D. As a part of a continuous quality enhancement process, college of nursing faculty consistently tries to bring innovations in teaching learning. Faculty strongly believe that Innovations to be implemented not only to make teaching learning process better but also to prepare student from the first day itself to assume a role of a competent nursing professional in future. This can be accomplished by preparing students with sound clinical judgement skills to provide proactive nursing care rather than reactive, eventually facilitating development of autonomy in nursing profession. Thus this conference is aimed at motivating nurse educators to integrate innovation in nursing education, restructure educational experiences to develop sound clinical judgment skills in nursing professional. This would definitely enhance bedside nursing care as it is the real face of nursing profession.
