Welcome!
The 2016 IAPA Annual CME Meeting is an extraordinary educational and networking conference for over 140 Physician
Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistant Students, and Physician Speakers from throughout Idaho and the
nation. This year’s conference will take place at The Sun Valley Resort in beautiful Sun Valley, ID on April 7th-9th, 2016.
Our Conference is an effective avenue for sponsors and exhibitors to showcase their companies and promote the
services they can provide to busy medical providers of several different healthcare organizations in Idaho. If one of
your target audiences is medical practices, the 2016 IAPA Annual CME Meeting should be on your calendar.
Our meeting offers 20 hours of CME to attendees featuring an Exhibitor/PA joint Lunch event, several breakfast and

Important Sponsorship Information!
SPONSORSHIP DEADLINES All sponsors must submit their company logos to our Executive Director at [email protected] by February 28th, 2016 to be included in the printed conference materials. If the artwork is not received by the above deadline, only the sponsor's name will be placed on the appropriate conference item and signage up until printing deadline. After printing deadline, sponsor forfeits all marketing opportunities. All sponsors must submit their company logos in .jpeg format. Last date to purchase sponsorship with guarantee of full benefits as listed – February 28th, 2016. Sponsorships acquired after this date may not receive the full advertising benefits due to print deadlines.
Sponsorships must be paid in full at the time of registration, sponsorships will not be guaranteed without payment at the time of registration.

Exhibitor Space Early Bird - $700 (by March 4th)
Regular Rate- $750 (after March 5th) An opportunity for your company representative to come showcase your product and interact with up over 160 Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistant Students, and Physician Speakers from
throughout Idaho and the nation. You will have the opportunity to meet and network with conference attendees during meals served in the Exhibit Hall and breaks between educational sessions. Register early to guarantee best booth pricing and location! Exhibitor level includes: Registration for two representatives that are non-transferable and must be worn at all time in the exhibit hall, listing in the conference promotional materials and Exhibitor Hall signage, and breakfast and lunch for representatives. Additional representative credentials above and beyond those offered for each sponsorship level or for exhibiting are $100 per person. Full amount for booth space must be sent with application. Cancellations by 3/1/16 receive a 50% refund with no refunds provided for cancellations after 3/1/16.

Appendix A: EXHIBITOR TERMS and CONDITIONS
1. LIABILITY - The Exhibitor is responsible for the space leased by him and shall not injure, mar or deface the premises. The Exhibitor
shall not affix to the walls or windows of the building any advertisement, signs, etc. or use Scotch tape, masking tape or any other
adhesive type materials on painted surfaces. The Exhibitor agrees to reimburse the facility, and/or decorator, for any loss or damage to
the premises or equipment occurring in the space leased to the Exhibitor. The IAPA and its sponsors shall not be liable for failure to
perform its obligations under this contract as a result of strikes, riots, acts of God, or any other causes beyond its control.
2. AISLES - The aisles, passageways and overhead spaces remain strictly under the control of the IAPA, and no signs, decorations,
banners, advertising matter or special exhibits will be permitted in them except by special written permission of the IAPA. All exhibits
and their personnel must remain within the confines of their own spaces and no Exhibitor will be permitted to erect signs or display
products in such a manner as to obstruct the view, occasion injury or disadvantageously affect the display of others Exhibitors. No
interference with the light or space of another Exhibitor will be permitted.
3. SPACE - The space contracted for is to be used solely for the Exhibitor whose name appears on the Contract. The Exhibitor shall not
sublet or assign any portion of same without the written consent of the IAPA. Exhibit space includes one six-foot skirted table, two
chairs and registration for two company representatives (exhibitors). Additional exhibitors, beyond the allotted two, are required to pay
an additional fee to attend the conference with access to the exhibit hall.
4. ALL DEMONSTRATIONS or promotional activities must be confined within the limits of the exhibitor’s purchased space. Noise
must not unreasonably interfere with other exhibitors. Exhibitors may hold informal meetings with attendees after conference hours as
long as the meeting does not to occur during a scheduled conference CME or event.
5. RESTRICTIONS - The IAPA reserves the right to remove exhibits, without refund, that may have been falsely entered, or may be
deemed by the IAPA unsuitable or objectionable. This restriction applies to noise, PA systems, persons, animals, birds, things, conduct,
printed matter, or anything of a character that might be objectionable to the show or the IAPA.
6. OFFENDERS will be asked to leave the area if any of the above are violated, and as an exhibitor offender, no refund will be given.
7. CHILDREN - Children of exhibitors are not to be allowed in exhibit area except under the direct supervision of a parent. Please
restrict your children to your booth space.
8. EXHIBITOR CREDENTIALS – Exhibitors must wear their credentials at all times in the exhibit hall and credentials are non-
transferable. Two credentials are provided with each booth. If other representatives plan to attend or replace another representative
during the conference, then additional representative fees would apply for credentialing. This fee is $100 per additional representative.
RULES FOR EXHIBITS:
1. ALL BOOTHS and decorations MUST concur with the facility regulations, city ordinances and local fire codes. Any violations may
result in the removal of any materials found to be in violation. Materials for booth decorations and construction must consist of fire
resistant material. Contact the IAPA if at all in doubt.
2. IF EVENT EXHIBITION IS NOT HELD - The IAPA shall not be liable for any damages or expense incurred by Exhibitors in the
event the show is delayed, interrupted or not held as scheduled.
3. AMENDMENTS - Exhibitor agrees to abide by decisions of the IAPA concerning all matters pertaining to the administration and
success of the Show, which are not specifically stated.
4. SECURITY - The IAPA agrees to provide reasonable security for the exhibit area. However, Exhibitor agrees that neither the IAPA,
the facility management nor the IAPA’s insurance company are financially liable for theft, damage, loss or "mysterious disappearance"

of any kind. We recommend all exhibitors contact their insurance agents to confirm proper coverage of exhibit materials. Please read
carefully the coverage provided by decorators and shipping companies to determine if additional coverage is necessary. Any additional
security must be arranged by the Exhibitor at his own expense, directly from the facility. The facility will be locked during the time that
exhibits are not being shown.
5. LIABILITY - Exhibitor agrees that neither the IAPA, nor its representatives will be responsible for any injury, loss or damage that
may occur to the Exhibitor or the Exhibitor's employees or property, except where IAPA has acted willfully or negligently. The
Exhibitor, on signing the contract, expressly releases the aforementioned from any and all claims for such loss, damage or injury.
6. CANCELLATION - Cancellations by 03/1/16 receive a 50% refund with no refunds provided for cancellations after 03/1/16.
