Weekly Bulletin Issue 50. May 1 st 2013 007 Quiz Results We had a great time at our Sleepover Party last Friday night, in fact we were having so much fun partying that we never quite got around to giving the answers to the 007 Quiz. The winning team were The Original Naughty Table. To see how well you did, find the answers HERE Yes, anyone can be “Naughty” Do you want to get more from Spice and make more friends along the way? Well, some of you will have heard about an unofficial “sub group” in Spice West Midlands who go by the name “The Naughty Table”. The name started from a table of high spirited (younger) members at our Summer Ball last year but has evolved into a much larger group of fun loving Spice members of all ages and interests. It is purely their spirit of fun that unites them as a group. They have a Facebook Page and anyone who is in Spice, on Facebook .. and just a teenie bit naughty can be added. Just drop an email to any of the Spice team, or any other Naughty Tablers for an “invite”. There are also Facebook Groups set up for Spice Sport & Fitness, Spice Dragon Boating, Spice Center Parcs and other special interest areas, so do take advantage of these to find new Spice friends who enjoy the same events as you. From their purpose built canine centre in the Canwell countryside (near Sutton Coldfield) they have offered us 2 dog experience days. One is for dog owners to take their own dogs. The other is for non dog owners so they provide you with a dog for the day. Dog owners also get to try “Dog Sledding” at the centre. You also get lunch provided. If this sets your tail wagging, check the events HERE Golden Ducks Well done to our racing ducks last Sunday. With your help they raised over £685 for The Cancer Support Centre to help in their vital work helping people and their families after a diagnosis of cancer. Thanks to all who sponsored ducks, provided prizes, marshalled on the day or came on our “duck walk”. If you missed it, check out some photos HERE Coming Skiing? Then hurry up, as we can only pass on the early booking discount to the first 16 bookers.
