Use Internet Explorer Performance TroubleshooterInternet Explorer Performance Troubleshooter designed by Microsoft, finds and fixes problems in your system. It comes pre-installed with Windows 8.1/ 8. Locate it as shown below:

1. Open the Start Screen. a. Press Windows Key + X. b. Select Search.2. Type "Troubleshooting" in Search Box.3. Click Settings icon.4. Open the keyword from Search Results.5.
