2.CSD-912D-01【Communication tool software for CSD-912】

2-1. General By sending/receiving the commands between the Graphic Digital Indicator CSD-912 and your Personal computer, you can read-in the setting parameter/trend graphic data of CSD-912 and also write the optional parameter to CSD-912 through the software. Moreover, setting parameter that has read-in and the trend graphic data can be output to the file.

2-2. Software functions The functions in this software are as follows: Reading/Writing the setting parameter (All the items lump together)

*The parameters read-in are shown on the reading column of list. *Writing parameter is set on the writing column of list. *A parameter different form then compare value displays the set value in red. (Read and Write fields common.) * The Compare value is set from the file of the default value or the configuration parameter. *The item of targeted lock of calibration is prohibited from writing. Reading file of setting parameter/ storage

*The parameter that has read-in from the file reflects to the writing column of list. *The parameter that stores in the file is the parameter of reading column of the list. Saving the file for trend graph data

*When the number of measuring points is “0”, you can’t read the graphic data. *After reading the data is over, specify the file name and store it. Input of Header information to control file

*“Serial No.”, “Memorandum” and “Version” are input through the software. Calibration by Communication (Electrical calibration)

*The items related to the calibration value (value of weighing capacity, scale interval (Minimum scale interval), registration of ZERO mV/V (Fourth digit of decimal point), registration of SPAN (Fourth digit of decimal point), position of decimal point, Unit, excitation, condition of OL display, gravity acceleration compensation method, district number of calibration place, district number of using place, gravity acceleration of calibration place, gravity acceleration of using place, registration of ZERO mV/V (Fifth digit of decimal point), registration of SPAN mV/V (Fifth digit of decimal point)) is made recordable, and the calibration by the communication is executed. *Writing of actual weight calibration (ZERO calibration and SPAN calibration) is set to prohibit.

Print function *The setting parameter is printed out. *The title, user name, device name, number, P/No., S/No., issued date and footer are enabled to be set arbitrarily, and output as a print item.

Calibration lock on the main body of CSD-912 *While locking the calibration (Hard lock or software lock) with the main body of CSD-912, you cannot

write the BASIC FUNCTION SETTING (Item for calibration lock), and execute the electrical calibration of [Calibration].

If above mentioned is executed, the error command is replied and the error message is displayed.

2-6-2. File output Outputs the Header information to the file for the purpose of control.

*Outputs the Header to the parameter file and the trend graph file. The file format is CSV format. (Can be controlled with EXCEL or the Text editor.) User can save the file to the optional folder. The file name of Parameter is saved with “Optional name _para.CSV”.

EX) When the optional name is set as “CSD912 parameter”, the file name created is “CSD912 parameter _para.CSV”.

When the optional name is not ordered, save with “present time”, (YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS)_para.CSV」. EX) The date and time when creating the file is in the case of 9 o’clock 10 minute 12 sec on June 10 in 2009”, the file name shall be”20090610_091012_para.CSV”.

The trend graph name can be saved as “Optional name_graph.CSV”. EX) When the optional name is made as “CSD912 ***”, the file name shall be created as “CSD912***_graph.CSV”. When the optional name isn’t specified, make it as “present time (YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS)_graph.CSV”. EX) The present time when creating the file is at “2009June10, 09, 10, 12”, the file name shall be”20090610_091012_ graph.CSV “.

3.CSD-903D-01【Communication tool software for CSD-903】

3-1. General By sending/receiving the command between CSD-903 Digital Indicator and your personal computer, you can read the setting parameter of CSD-903 and also can write the optional setting parameter though this software. Moreover, the setting parameter that has read-in can be output to the file.

3-2. Software function The functions in this software possesses are as follows: Reading/Writing the setting parameter (All the items lump together, Individual)

*The parameters read-in are shown on the reading column of list. *Writing parameter is set on the writing column of list. *A parameter different form then compare value displays the set value in red. (Read and Write fields common.) * The Compare value is set from the file of the default value or the configuration parameter. *A parameter different form then initial value displays the set value in red. (Read and Write fields are common.)

*Related items for calibration values : (Increment value, Max. display value, Actual load value, Zero calibration value, Span calibration value) Related items of communication: (RS-232C selection of operation, RS-232C selection of output target, Communication setting, RS422/485 ID setting, Changeover of RS422/RS485, RS485 response delay time, Addition of decimal point, Operation of standard RS485) All of the above items are prohibited to write.

Input of Header information in order to control file *“Serial No.”, “Memorandum” and “Version” are input through the software.

Communication calibration (Electrical calibration) *The items related to the calibration value (Increment value, Max. display value, Actual load value, Zero calibration value and Span calibration value) is made recordable, and the calibration by the communication is executed.

6.CSD-918D-02【Communication tool software for CSD-918】

6-1. General By sending/receiving the commands between the Servo weighing controller CSD-918 and your Personal computer, the software can read-in the setting parameter/trend graphic data of CSD-918 and also write the optional parameter to CSD-918. Moreover, setting parameter that has read-in and the trend graphic data can be output to the file.

6-2. Software functions The functions in this software are as follows: Reading/Writing the setting parameter (All the items in the batch)

*Display the read-in parameter to the reading column of the list. *Set the written parameter to the writing column of the list. *A parameter different form then compare value displays the set value by a red character. (Read and Write fields are common.) * The Compare value sets the file of the default value or the configuration parameter. *The following items are prohibited from writing. ・Items related to the calibration value (Increment value, maximum display value, actual load value, zero calibration value, span calibration value) ・Items related to the communication (selection of RS-232C operation, selection of RS-232C output target, communication setting, ID setting of RS-422/485, switch between RS-422 and RS-485, reply delay time of RS-485, decimal point addition and standard RS-485 operation) Reading and saving file of setting parameter

*The parameter that has read-in from the file reflects to the writing column of the list. *The parameter that stores in the file is the parameter of reading column of the list. Saving the file for trend graph data

*When the number of measuring points is “0”, you can’t read the graphic data. *Specify the file name after completing the data reading and save the file. Input of Header information to aim at file management.

*“Serial No.”, “Memorandum” and “Version” are input with this software. Calibration by Communication (Electrical calibration)

*Turn the following items recordable and execute the calibration by communicaion. ・Items related to the calibration value (value of weighing capacity, scale interval (Minimum scale interval),

registration of ZERO mV/V (Five digits after the decimal point), registration of SPAN (Five digits after the decimal point), position of decimal point, Unit, excitation, condition of OL display, gravity acceleration compensation method, district number of calibration place, district number of using place, gravity acceleration of calibration place, gravity acceleration of using place).

*Writing of actual weight calibration value (ZERO calibration and SPAN calibration) is set to prohibit. Print function

*The setting parameter is printed out. *The title, user name, device name, number, P/No., S/No., issued date and footer are enabled to be set arbitrarily, and output as a print item.

Calibration lock on the main body of CSD-918 *While locking the calibration (Hard lock or software lock) with the main body of CSD-918, you cannot

write the BASIC FUNCTION SETTING (Item for calibration lock), and execute the electrical calibration of [Calibration].

If above mentioned is executed, the error command is replied and the error message is displayed.
