Afin de respecter la préservation des matériels lors des phases d’expédition, de transport et de réception de ceux-ci. Elle est applicable par l’ensemble de la chaine logistique, soit :

Au regard de la norme ISO 9001 :

L’organisme doit préserver les éléments de sortie au cours de la production et de la prestation de service, dans une mesure suffisante pour assurer la conformité à nos exigences. Selon le cas, cette préservation peut inclure l’identification, la manutention, la maitrise de la contamination, le conditionnement, le stockage, la transmission ou le transport et la protection.

La préservation doit également s’appliquer aux composants d’un produit. Quel que soit le support/ type de préservation utilisé pour le transport d’une pièce, celle-ci devra toujours être soit solidaire de son support, soit calée à ce dernier. (Exemples de support : plancher bois, palette, cale en bois, autres) Pour les pièces fragiles : le conditionnement doit permettre de conserver l'intégrité du produit lors des manutentions et du transport. Par exemple : Placer des protections par exemple type papier carton contre les chocs mécaniques. Thermodyn exige qu’une durée minimum de préservation soit garantie sur tous les équipements. (voir annexe 1) The terms packaging and preservation refer to the material and the system used to isolate a product from its environment to protect it, preserve it and transport it. Under ISO standard 9001:

The organization must preserve the elements of output during production and service provision, to an extent sufficient to ensure compliance with our requirements. Depending on the case, this preservation may include identification, handling, control of contamination, packaging, storage, transmission or transport and protection.

Preservation must also apply to the components of a product. Whatever the supporting fixture / type of preservation used for the transporting of a part, the part must always be either attached (floor bearer, pallet, wood, etc.) or wedged on its supporting fixture. For fragile parts: le packing will conserve the integrity of product during handling and transportation (e.g:. Place protections type carton paper to avoid mechanical damage/scratching)

3.2. Sécurité Security

Les cerclages métalliques sont interdits sur le site de Thermodyn. L’utilisation d’un cerclage autre (ex : textile..), résistant aux contraintes liées au transport, à la manipulation et au poids de la pièce/ du matériel est accepté. La pièce doit être cerclée sur le plancher ou la palette afin que celle-ci soit solidaire et ne puisse pas glisser pendant le transport ou la manutention. La pièce doit être également calée dans les 3 sens (Longueur, largeur et hauteur) The metal straps are forbidden on Thermodyn site. The use of another strap (ex: textile…) resistant to constraints related to transport, handing and weight of the parts / material is accepted. The part must be strapped on the floor bearer or the pallet to ensure that it is secured and cannot slide during transportation or handling. The part must also be wedged in 3 directions (length, width and height)

3.3. Palettes ou plateaux Pallets or wooden trays

Le support de la pièce utilisée doit contenir de préférence la projection verticale du contour de la pièce qui ne doit pas dépasser de ce plancher. Aucun élément de la pièce ne doit dépasser du support. Il est également possible de déposer une pièce sur un support sans rebord mais celle-ci doit être maintenue de manière à éviter à ce qu’elle bouge pendant les manutentions.

Le colis doit être de forme parallélépipédique, et manipulable par transpalette standard:

de préférence une palette de format européen 1200*800mm ou 1200*1000mm

hauteur mini de 12cm The wooden trays must contain preferably the vertical projection of the outline of the part which must not extend beyond this floor. No part of the part should exceed from the support. It is also possible to deposit a piece on a support without flanges, but it must be maintained so as to prevent it from moving during handling. The package must be plane-parallel and able to be handled by a standard pallet truck:

preferably a pallet of European format: 1200x800 mm or 1200x1000 mm minimum height: 12 cm

If this is not possible, uses a pallet adapted to the size of the part or divide the contents into two separate pallets. Two pallets attached end-to-end lengthways (equivalent to 240x80 cm) may be authorized if the weight of the part does not exceed 2 tons (extensions and a forklift truck will then be used by Thermodyn).

3.4. Protection des parties usinées Protection of machined parts

Les parties usinées doivent être protégées : contre l’oxydation à l’aide d’une protection anti corrosif type VPCI ou équivalent, contre les coups éventuels à l’aide de tapes en bois ou en caoutchouc qui doivent

être apposées et maintenues afin de couvrir la totalité de la face usinée. Machined parts must be protected (carried out by the workshop in the case of dispatch from Thermodyn):

against oxidation using anti-corrosive protection type VPCI or equivalent, against possible impacts using wooden or rubber covers which must be positioned

and held in place so as to cover the whole of the machined face.

3.5. Protection globale du matériel

General protection of equipment

Il est demandé, de préférence, un emballage en caisse, caisson ou carton. S’il n’est pas emballé dans une caisse, un caisson ou un carton, le matériel doit être filmé à l’aide d’un film de préférence thermo-rétractable et transparent. La pièce doit pouvoir être visible au travers du film, d’où la nécessité d’utiliser un film transparent. Si le film est abimé au cours du transport, une observation sera automatiquement effectuée par la réception afin de statuer si le matériel a subi des dommages au cours du transport ou au départ du fournisseur. Nous pourrons utiliser du film simple pour des envois internes c’est-à-dire des envois entre Thermodyn et ses fournisseurs, et des films imprégné du protection anti-corrosion type VPCI pour nos envois directs chez nos clients.

If it is not packaged in a crate, box or cardboard casing, the equipment must be covered with transparent shrink film. The part must be visible through the film, hence the need to use preferably thermoshrink and transparent film. If the film is damaged during transport, an inspection will automatically be carried out by reception personnel to determine whether the equipment has been damaged during transport or on departure from the supplier’s site. We will be able to use simple film for internal shipments, that is to say shipments between Thermodyn and its suppliers, and films impregnated with anti-corrosion protection type VPCI for our direct shipments to our customers site.

3.6. Protection des orifices Protection of holes

Les orifices doivent être protégés à l’aide de bouchons (plastiques ou bois) rigides permettant l’occultation complète, afin d’éviter tout dépôt ou pénétration de corps étrangers dans le matériel. Il pourra également être demandé de préserver l’intérieur des orifices (par exemple en plaçant de la mousse VPCI 130 ou un produit équivalent) si le matériel est envoyé directement chez le client de Thermodyn. Openings must be protected with stiff (plastic or wooden) plugs enabling complete blocking to prevent any depositing or penetration of foreign bodies in the equipment. It may also be required by Thermodyn to preserve the inside of the holes (eg by placing VPCI 130 foam or equivalent) if the material is sent directly to the Thermodyn customer.

3.7. Identification du matériel Identification of equipment

Dans chaque cas de figure ci-dessous, les pièces d’une même ligne de commande ou d’expédition devront être regroupées dans la mesure du possible (selon leur taille et poids), par sachet, enveloppe, carton ou autre. Dans le cas d'une livraison de pièces avec un numéro de série SNLC/LC, l'emballage doit être fait de telle manière que les SNLC/LC restent facilement accessibles afin de pouvoir identifier facilement la pièce. Document comportant le n° de commande, de ligne de commande, code article, description, quantité commandée, numéro de série à graver (intervalle de numéros de série si la quantité commandée est supérieure à une) avec les exigences de marquage en en-tête. The packing list will be put inside and outside of the box. In addition, for parts subject to follow-up by serial number, the serial numbers shall be sent to the supplier in the form of a PDF document by automatic e-mail, at the time of approval of the order by the purchaser. Document containing the order number, line number, article code, description, quantity ordered and serial number to be engraved (serial number range if the quantity ordered is greater than one). 3.8. Manutention des matériels

Handling of equipment

Le fournisseur doit indiquer sur le matériel directement, par le biais de pictogrammes, les interdictions ou les recommandations pour la manutention du matériel afin d’en respecter l’intégrité. Si la pièce est livrée à Thermodyn sans caisse, le plan de levage qui indique toutes les informations nécessaires au bon déroulement des opérations, devra être communiqué par le fournisseur avant la livraison ou a minima accompagnera l’équipement. En particulier:

Le niveau de fragilité Le sens de stockage Le centre de gravité Le poids Les points de manutention La méthode de manutention si existence de restrictions

The supplier must use pictograms directly on the equipment to indicate prohibitions or recommendations for handling to ensure that the equipment is not damaged. No part mounted on the equipment shall be left free to move (cables, probes, etc.). Connectors must be protected in a plastic bag. All fragile parts must be protected by a padded protection type doufline, bubble film. Moving parts must be attached to ensure that no untimely movement of the part occurs: Coupling components must be protected when they are mounted on the reduction gear.

3.12.5.2. Parties internes : Internal parts:

3.12.6. Structure métallique Metal structure

Les structures métalliques devront être livrées sur un support en bois perdu stable, dimensionné selon les cotes hors tout de la pièce. La pièce devra être solidement fixée à son support, et être protégée des chocs. Metal structures must be supplied on a stable disposable wooden support sized according to the overall dimensions of the part. The part must be firmly attached to its support and protected against impacts. If reusable crates are used, the various parts must be physically separated, to ensure that they do not knock against each other.

3.12.7. Accouplements Couplings

3.12.8. Tourets Drums

Le câble enroulé sur le touret ne devra pas dépasser de celui-ci. Pour les tourets dont le diamètre extérieur est inférieur à 0,80m, les fixer sur une palette Européenne par cerclage. Pour les tourets de diamètre supérieur à 0,80m, protéger le câble par des lames de bois et laisser un espace suffisant afin de le manutentionner au chariot élévateur. Chaque touret devra contenir la longueur de câble correspondante à une seule ligne de commande (plusieurs tourets pour une ligne si la longueur est importante est autorisé).

The cable rolled on the drum must not protrude beyond it. For drums with an external diameter smaller than 0.80 m, secure the drums on a European pallet by strapping them on. For drums with an external diameter greater than 0.80 m, protect the cable with strips of wood and leave sufficient space for handling with a forklift truck. Each drum must contain the length of cable corresponding to a single order line (several drums for one line is allowed for particularly long lengths).

The raw parts must not be delivered deposited directly on a support, the supplier will have to put some wood under the piece (between the part and the pallet) to allow the handling at Thermodyn. No-Metal straps must be used to strap the parts to the supporting fixtures.

Le papier crépon devra être positionné de la zone de soies à l’extrémité de l’arbre, recouvert par un minimum de 5 épaisseurs. Les parties usinées devront être recouvertes d’un film plastique de protection. Pour les arbres et rotors présents en atelier GE, limiter le papier crépon aux soies et ajouter une protection matelassée jaune.
