Double Deep RackingPallets are stored 2-deep and accessed using material handing equipment with pantograph or telescopic forks. Designed for excellent storage capacity, this system uses floor space efficiently by reducing the number of access aisles needed, and means forklifts have less distance to travel. First in, last out access makes double deep pallet racking less suitable for rapid stock rotation or perishable products.

Carpet RackingCarpet racking is specifically designed to store full rolls of carpet, vinyl and other long products. Our carpet racks are double-deep selective pallet racks and utilise MDF that extends front to back, supported by interior beams. These solid, smooth shelves allow you to load and unload product easily without the product catching.

Carpet racks increase warehouse safety by securing your rolls. Using a racking system makes it easier to retrieve carpet rolls and ensure minimum pressure on rolls to protect product quality.

Cantilever RackingVersatile cantilever racking is an excellent solution for long or heavy loads such as pipes or timber, and items of varying length.

Cantilever racking is a highly flexible option as it can be up to 10m high with multiple height adjustable arms. The towers can be either single or double-sided.

A galvanised option is ideal for outdoor storage.

Drive in rackingThis style of racking is perfect for high-density storage for warehouses with a low number of product lines. It allows maximum use of space as it minimises aisles between the racking. Ideal for installation in chilled and frozen applications.

Carton Live Storage Cartons are placed on sloping roller tracks, supported on pallet racking. Cartons are loaded from the top end and then roll forward with gravity and are retrieved from the bottom. This can be an excellent addition to your existing pallet racking installation.

Pallet Live RackingPallet Live racking is a high-density dynamic storage system that increases efficiency by maintaining a First-In/First-Out product flow. To achieve this, products are stocked from one aisle and picked from the adjoining aisle through the use of a gravity-fed rolling system. Pallet Live racking is ideal for expiration date-sensitive inventory, high-volume consumer goods, warehouses and food distribution centres. It’s ideal for ambient and temperature controlled installations, including freezers.
