Character Matters It is important that we embrace opportunities to model, promote and celebrate good character. We want to build and strengthen learning communities that are caring, safe, respectful and inclusive. For the month of November we celebrate students that demonstrate Initiative - acting without being prompted by others, being eager to do what needs to be done without having to be told to do so, and taking the first steps towards achieving goals. Congratulations to the following Student of the Month recipients: Kayla J. Caira M, Jess C, Sophia L, Jack B, Leviah G-W, Danielle N, Kabeesha P, Mika V, Yasmina R, Alex P, Hayden R, Malav P, Munira C, Brayden M, Victoria G, Preet S, Liam M. Congratulations to each of you for your outstanding character!

ATTENTION Grade 12 Graduating Students: This a reminder that applications for post-secondary institutions are due in the New Year. However….

OUAC (Ontario University Application Centre) encourages all university bound students to apply prior to the Winter Break. The final due date is January 15th, 2020. Please pick-up your PIN Number from the Guidance office as soon as possible. Your application cannot be started without this PIN information.

Principal defeated!

Today Ms. Walker has to admit that she lost a challenge proposed by Evan and friends. The challenge was for Evan to get a marked $5 bill into her office. They were liberally granted the remainder of their school year to accomplish this feat. It only took them 7 days! They mobilized students to betray Ms. Walker. Under the guise of needing to speak with the principal, the accomplice entered the office and while speaking with Ms. Walker taped the $5 under her table. Ms.Walker was successfully defeated and is not taking it well. She is looking for a way to even the score. Beware Evan and friends!
