How do we do it?

We build highly scalable web based and iOS apps into highly profitable companies, provide the legal and accounting advice and advise startups on how to reach their goals.

We ensure that startups get actual products developed instead of founders getting mired in the pit of trying to find investors to pay for the developers to make the product.

We will build a better product, because we are the developers.


How do we pick our startups?

We seek out entrepreneurs, designers and developers who have amazing ideas and want to develop those ideas into a successful company.

We are picky, because we are investing development and advisory services that other clients would, and do, pay hundreds of thousand of dollars for.


Why do great entrepreneurs need us?

Angel money is scarce. We give startups essential startup needs such as development, legal, accounting and marketing services that they otherwise could not access unless they raised hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Sparkroute leverages service companies that work with startups everyday.


What do the entrepreneurs with great ideas do without

Bootstrapping, friends and family, Angel Investors, etc.

Most developers, designers and entrepreneurs from this region leave the area.

In this region, there are no competitors.

Sparkroute is looking for founders funds, which will subsidize the founder’s living expenses for the 8 month development process. We are looking for an aggregate of $100,000 from 10-15 investors, which will be called over 8-10 months and will be distributed among 3 to 4 Sparkroute startups.

What does Sparkroute Need?


Each investor will have an investment in 3-4 companies, spreading out risk and increasing opportunities for a high return.

The cash investor group will receive 8-10% in each startup, depending on the specific deal.

Minimum investment target $10,000. 20% of investment due at closing, the balance per capital calls with 30 days advance notice.

Zack Miller- Zack coordinates all new opportunities for We Are Titans and oversees all day-to-day operations. Zack is very active in the entrepreneurial community as well starting Hampton Roads Entrepreneurs' Mentorship Program and Start Norfolk, a 48 hour, mass web startup competition.

Brennan Dunn- Having founded two product startups and having been the technology director of one of the largest interactive agencies in Florida, Brennan acutely understands what it takes to build, advise and deliver top notch products for our clients. Dunn, was awarded the Hampton Roads Technology Council’s, "High Tech Leadership Award".
