However, we do have inserts that show all the new leg- islative changes this year and you can still purchase a 2014 Law Book with the insert at the SOROA office. The price is $37.50 for Members and $75.00 for Non-Members. ORHA has a Planning and Board Meeting scheduled for Saturday, Sep- tember 17th from 10:00 to 5:00. Meet- ing will be held at Shilo Inn Suites Ho- tel, 3105 OB Riley Road, Bend, Ore- gon 97702. For more information, please visit our website under NEWS. A SOROA member has brought an issue to our attention regarding the City of Medford’s Utilities Department allowing your tenant(s) to put utilities in their name(s). us that there will be no NEW Law Book

published this year. However, we do

have inserts that show all the new leg-

islative changes this year and you can

still purchase a 2014 Law Book with

Lending our support and assistance on various community endeavors relating to public and private housing

Providing quality residential housing and making a fair profit

Q & A WITH YOUR DIRECTOR Do you have questions? Need answers? Here is your chance to get the

information you need. “Q & A with your Director” is for members only and it’s free! There is no appointment necessary. Meet at the SOROA office

building in the conference room downstairs. Q&A FOR SEPTEMBER 13th to be hosted by Roberta Claudson. These sessions will run from 12 noon to 1:00 pm. This session is worth one hour Continuing Education credit for Property Managers. **Please email your questions in advance so that the

director has an opportunity to draft an answer prior to the meeting.
