The price is $37.50 for Members and $75.00 for Non-Members. ORHA has a Planning and Board Meeting scheduled for Saturday, Sep- tember 17th from 10:00 to 5:00. A SOROA member has brought an issue to our attention regarding the City of Medford’s Utilities Department allowing your tenant(s) to put utilities in their name(s). Landlords must fill out a form giving permission for the City to bill the tenant(s) to set up this process. For more information, please contact the City of Medford Utilities Depart- ment: 200 S. information you need. “Q & A with your Director” is for members only and it’s free! There is no appointment necessary. Meet at the SOROA office
building in the conference room downstairs. Q&A FOR SEPTEMBER 13th to be hosted by Roberta Claudson. These sessions will run from 12 noon to 1:00 pm. This session is worth one hour Continuing Education credit for Property Managers. **Please email your questions in advance so that the
director has an opportunity to draft an answer prior to the meeting.
