Natascha has been living and working on an organic farm in north Leitrim since 1992. The

farm produces meat, milk, honey, eggs, wood, vegetables, herbs, and fruit for the home.

During the nine mornings Natascha will pass on some of her skills and knowledge. You will

learn about getting started on your garden, soil fertility, starting your plants, pests and

diseases, growing under cover, and what crops to grow. Trips to visit some secret gardens

in the area are also planned.

Every Friday morning we will take you through a selection of dishes which will increase
