“Enlighten” System Monitoring:

Proactive Customer Service – Enlighten continuously communicates with all solar panels in the system and runs constant performance tests. If a problem with any solar panel or microinverter in the system is detected, Enlighten sends an alert to the system installer via email. The alert is a detailed report of the tr-ouble event. This allows the installer to correct the problem, often even before the system owner is aware a problem exists.
